The term "Client" refers to the individual or business that contacts Breeview.io to request a service.

LOGGED-IN USER

To obtain access to and full use of the website's services, you must first sign up as a user.

While signing up, you must select a password used in conjunction with your email address to log into the website.

Your password is unique to your account and, therefore, should not be communicated or made available to others in any other way.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice at any time.

Attempts at Unauthorised Users

We strictly prohibit direct competitors and their employees from gaining access to our client dashboard, including but not limited to Reviews.io ,Trustpilot, Yotpo, Feefo, Ekomi, and BazaarVoice.

We consider competitors' access to be illegitimate and unethical.

If we discover that a competitor or an employee of a competitor has obtained access, we reserve the audacity to charge USD 100,000 per calendar month.

By creating a client account, you concur to this term.

Contributions Of Authorized Users

All contributions which collectively refers to material, information, reviews, mentions, and other forms of communication obtained via the website from Authorized (registered) users will be deemed non-confidential and non-exclusive and would not entrust the reviewer to royalty payments or other remuneration.

Authorized users are solely responsible for the content of their website contributions.

Breeview.io is not responsible for any defamatory - comments or reviews that can be perceived as slander or libel in a United Kingdom court of law.

Contributions by authorized users are not permitted to websites that contain the following:

i) Contains sexist or racist attributes or content or denigrates specific individuals or groups.

ii) Content, including material that is protected by copyright.

iii) Illegal intent or content

iv) False claims that are well-known to be false.

v) Provided names

vi) Contact details

Contributors are always responsible for the contribution's legality.

If a breach of point 2.3. is discovered, Breeview.io will automatically remove the contribution.

Additionally, the violator may be barred from writing reviews or comments in the future.

The registered user must ensure that Breeview.io is fully compensated towards any claim brought against Breeview.io by a third party due to the registered user's infringement of spot.

We withhold the right to remove contributions without prior notice or elaboration at any time.

We withhold the right to send a review request email on behalf of a Company/Website when a genuine customer requests it.

RIGHTS

All brands, company names, and other trademarks, as well as the website, are the property of Breeview.io or third parties and may be used commercially only with our or a third party's prior approval.

Our unrestricted use of contributions is not transferable, time-limited, or territorially limited in our direction upon receipt of the contribution.

All Breeview.io partners have the right to use the images in the Breeview.io member areas; members can access these areas at the following link: www.app.breeview.io

This website's content may not be duplicated or displayed on any other site on the internet.
